Passmemo is a secure, intelligent management application designed for the specialized needs of elder care homes, built using Flutter for multi-role mobile/web access and a robust Laravel backend. The platform's core is centered around streamlining care delivery, managing resident records digitally, and using integrated AI and audio analysis to provide proactive insights. This AI component processes sensor/audio data (with strict privacy controls) to detect unusual activity, sleep disturbances, or signs of distress, generating predictive alerts for staff. The system centralizes care plans, medication administration records (eMAR), staff scheduling (rostering), and provides secure portals for family members to stay informed, effectively reducing paperwork and allowing staff to focus more time on residents.

Development was initiated with the specialized Laravel Backend, focusing intensely on Secure Multi-Tenant Architecture to separate resident homes and establishing the Encrypted Data Models for sensitive resident records, care plans, and medication logs. Concurrently, the Flutter development targeted the three primary user interfaces: the Staff App (for real-time care logging and eMAR), the Admin Dashboard (for rostering and compliance reporting), and the Family Portal (for updates and secure communication). The most challenging and critical phase was the AI/Audio Integration, requiring the Laravel backend to consume and analyze real-time data streams from external sensors or audio inputs, processing these streams with machine learning algorithms to generate and dispatch immediate, high-priority Predictive Alerts to the Staff App. The final steps involved rigorous security auditing and testing of the entire data lifecycle, ensuring compliance and data integrity, before a careful deployment early in the work week to allow for comprehensive staff training and monitoring.
